It is just extraordinary when I am invited to photograph a wedding, not just as an artist, but as a human. I know that I am responsible for creating an emotional collection of photographs that will bring on memories of laughter, joy, and tears when they look back at them through the years. Excitement pours through me because I know that my couples just signed up for an extraordinary service. I don’t just take pictures. This is not just a job. I’m thankful and inspired that this is my life and livelihood. I actually dream about taking photographs almost every night. The scene and backdrops change, but the theme remains the same; emotion. When someone invites me into their wedding day, I know I am connected to their life story and I am absolutely honored every single time. This life just feels so good.
