I am so thankful that Chris and Colleen chose me to photograph their wedding and engagement in Chicago. I truly cannot imagine a more beautiful location to photograph such a beautiful couple than along the Chicago Lakeshore. We started our adventure at the Lincoln Park Zoo. Later, we traveled down the cities busy streets to the shore of Lake Michigan. Colleen and Chris were a joy to photograph because they were natural and relaxed. Laugher guided the evening and we laughed as Colleen told the tale of how this sweet couple met during college.
I met Colleen because we both teach at the same school. She is new to my school this year and we became fast friends. I was both thrilled and honored when she asked me to photograph her Chicago wedding.
They are two of the sweetest people I have ever met and the love and laughter between them is contagious. I am already looking forward to their June wedding.
